Thank you for being part of NABI. We believe everyone should have access to affordable, quality mental health and emotional well-being care. High costs shouldn’t be a barrier to getting timely support, so we’re committed to making our services accessible to all.
To achieve this, we carefully select volunteers and professionals who dedicate their time and skills to support those in need.
All our features are free to use except for therapy!
If you want to be able to speak to a volunteer to figure out whether you need therapy then go ahead and use our Better Together feature which is absolutely free.
Therapy Return and Refund Policy
a) Any cancellations made up until 24 hours before the therapy appointment will receive a 100% refund. Processing the refunds for the same may take 7-10 business days.
b) Rescheduling is possible only up until 6 hours before the appointment.
c) No refunds will be issued if you cancel the appointment within 24 hours of scheduled session, or if you fail to attend the appointment.
e) No refunds will be provided on cancellation of app subscription.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We don’t have any products to be shipped or delivered as our services provided are all online.
